Summary
We are a multidisciplinary, AI‑focused organization dedicated to creating holistic, AI‑powered experiences across apps and the web. Our client’s work spans assistance, shopping, search, news, sports, gaming, and more—delivering useful, usable, and delightful end‑to‑end experiences for billions of people. We are looking for a UX Researcher to help us shape the next generation of AI‑powered products.
Responsibilities
Work in an agile environment with cross‑disciplinary stakeholders to understand and prioritize research requests.
Apply a broad portfolio of research methods—generative and evaluative—to inform product and design decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
Deliver timely, actionable research findings and communicate insights clearly and persuasively.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure that research insights directly inform product direction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology (experimental, social, cognitive), Behavioral Science, Human Factors, or a related field (preferred).
4+ years
of industry experience conducting qualitative research for consumer products.
Proven end‑to‑end experience designing and conducting user research for technology products.
Proficiency with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Experience using research tools such as
UserTesting, dscout, Qualtrics , and similar platforms.
Experience with AI‑driven research tools such as
Hey Marvin, Dovetail, ListenLabs, Outset , including using AI to augment or shadow UX research.
Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights for engineering and business stakeholders.
Strong project management capabilities and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working at a technology company.
Experience conducting competitive analysis and working with emerging AI‑supported UX research workflows.
Soft Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer empathy.
Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Clear, compelling presentation of research insights.
Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
