You Are: A Consultant with experience supporting clients within the Banking Industry and are a data maven and a strategist with analytical and statistical chops. Your experience includes working with the management team and senior leadership to support clients on strategies to transform their business operations or business model so they can crush their strategic, financial, and operational goals. You know how to interpret data to get insights to inform strategy and drive business optimization. As a consultant, you’re a natural at working within teams and mentoring analysts. You thrive in solving complex problems, thanks to your prodigious analytical skills and structured approach. You have excellent communication and people skills along with a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Work: Support the delivery of projects to get the lay of the land of clients’ position in the Banking industry to make sure they are positioned for long-term success with practical road maps for carrying out strategy, managing change, and delivering value.

Shape how Applied Intelligence capabilities drive client transformations for the Banking industry and functional use cases.

Support teams to deliver world-class business, operations, and technology strategy solutions that meet the needs of clients.

Collaborate with clients to define and implement world class data and analytics operating models

Build relationships with clients and Accenture’s leaders and partner with them to create strategic solutions that sustain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.

Provide overall guidance on quantitative analysis and research to generate recommendations and insights and drive outcomes.

Drive consulting practice innovation and thought leadership in your area of specialization

Qualifications

Here’s What You Need: Minimum 2 years of Consulting experience from a Tier 1 consulting firm, or

Minimum 2 years of experience working with Banking, Capital Markets, and Payment institutions at the intersection of Business and Technology (for example: Operating Models, digital disruption)

Minimum 3 years of experience working in AI and data driven environments

Minimum 3 years of analytics experience to achieve business goals in large orgs

High-level understanding of how ecosystems fit into the digital world, and how digital technology is changing business

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize the issues and present solutions to Senior Leaders

Must be fluent in French

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $108,800 to $220,400
