Our client is an established organization operating within the healthcare and diagnostic technology space. The company provides specialized equipment, related products, and customer support services to healthcare professionals across multiple regions. Known for its collaborative culture and customer-focused approach, the organization maintains a strong presence in both English- and French-speaking markets. We are seeking a bilingual Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute national marketing initiatives. This senior-level role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution and will serve as the primary marketing lead for the local market. Reporting to executive marketing leadership and partnering closely with product and cross-regional marketing teams, this individual will drive localized strategy, ensure alignment with broader brand objectives, and support commercial growth initiatives. Fluency in both English and French is required, as the role supports marketing efforts across diverse linguistic markets. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable setting strategy and executing tactically—translating broader direction into market-relevant campaigns, overseeing budgets, leading event marketing initiatives, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the national marketing strategy in alignment with broader brand, product, and commercial priorities. Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches and key market initiatives. Lead event and trade show marketing initiatives, including audience targeting, bilingual messaging, campaign execution, and post-event follow-up. Oversee digital marketing channels, including website content, email campaigns, social media, and ecommerce support. Manage localization and translation of marketing materials in English and French, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and regulatory alignment where applicable. Review and approve French-language marketing materials in partnership with external agencies and translation vendors. Own the marketing budget, including forecasting, spend management, and return-on-investment optimization. Manage external agencies, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality, on-time execution. Track and report on campaign performance, event ROI, digital analytics, and ecommerce metrics. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, service, finance, and marketing stakeholders to support commercial objectives and sales enablement efforts. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience. Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies from concept through implementation. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience managing external partners. Professional fluency in English and French (spoken and written). Advanced French proficiency is required due to responsibility for developing, reviewing, and approving French-language materials and supporting French-speaking stakeholders. Language proficiency may be assessed during the hiring process. Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). Experience with email marketing tools, social media management platforms, and design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Comfortable working with CMS platforms, analytics tools, and marketing performance dashboards. Preferred

Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, capital equipment, or other complex B2B environments.
