About the role

The Senior Project Manager will be a key member of our CRM team, responsible for leading and managing complex projects within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will collaborate closely with Account teams, Technology leads, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of campaigns. Duties and Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans from initiation through implementation, deployment, and post-production. Define project scope, processes, timelines, and budget parameters in collaboration with Account teams and Technology leads. Proactively identify, communicate, monitor, and respond to project risks, developing mitigation plans as needed. Effectively communicate project status, deliverables, and timelines to all stakeholders, setting clear expectations. Monitor and control project change requests, assessing their impact on project scope, schedule, and cost. Collaborate with Account Services on project cost estimation, budget tracking, and budget reconciliation reporting. Ensure adherence to agency operational processes and procedures, providing ongoing training to project team members. Technical Expertise

Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Proven experience working with Campaign Managers who will execute with all aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Marketing Cloud Connect. Strong understanding of CRM campaign development methodologies, best practices, and data management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong understanding of Audience Segmentation development in Salesforce Data Cloud Experience with data integration processes, including data imports, data cleansing, and data validation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Leadership and Collaboration

Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies within the agency. Required Skills and Experience

6+ years of Project Management experience in an CRM agency setting Proven track record of successfully managing complex CRM projects within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong understanding of CRM campaign development, data management, and integration processes within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage conflicting deadlines, and juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of MS Office, Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence. Ability to train and mentor junior and intermediate Project Managers. Participate in and lead process improvements throughout the agency. Solution-oriented focus with the ability to work through issues with the team: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve project roadblocks, escalating issues as needed. Ability to build relationships across disciplines: Experience collaborating effectively with teams in strategy, creative, development, and QA. Ability to understand technologies applicable to a chosen project and facilitate resolution of technical issues as they arise: Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to work with technical teams to resolve issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. We thank all those that have submitted an application.
