YOUR ROLE As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for the full management of billing and accounts payable for our construction projects. Your main responsibilities will include:

Preparing, issuing, and following up on project billing

Managing accounts payable, including invoice verification and approval

Ensuring compliance of financial documents (contracts, purchase orders, change orders)

Liaising with project managers to resolve financial discrepancies

Performing account reconciliations and participating in monthly and periodic closings

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR? You are the ideal candidate if you:

Hold a DEC in Accounting or an equivalent qualification

Have a minimum of two years of accounting experience

Have experience in the construction industry (an asset)

Are bilingual (an asset)

Are proficient in Excel and the Maestro accounting software

Are autonomous and able to manage priorities effectively

Are recognized for your rigor, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
