EPCOR’s People & Culture team is excited to be growing and we’re welcoming two (2) experienced HRIS & Analytics Specialists into full-time, permanent roles based in Edmonton! What You’ll Do
These roles sit at the intersection of business acumen, HR technology, and analytics. You’ll support our HR strategy and operations by:
Developing dashboards & visual analytics
Maintaining HRIS integrity and data governance
Supporting HRIS operations and future ERP transformation activities
Translating HR business needs into meaningful insights & reporting
Driving continuous improvements across our HR systems and processes
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for professionals with experience in:
HRIS operations (Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar)
HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting
Large HR datasets, data validation & visualization
Supporting system implementations, enhancements, or process redesign
This is a great fit for someone who blends tech expertise with strong communication, problem-solving, and a passion for improving the HR experience. You’ll work with tools like Power BI, Excel, Oracle BI, and our HRIS (Oracle) and play a hands‑on role in our upcoming HR systems transformation.
