As a Food Safety Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and quality of the company's food products. This full-time position will involve conducting comprehensive audits and inspections across the organisation's restaurants to identify and mitigate potential risks.

What you'll be doing

Performing regular food safety audits and inspections at the restaurants

Identifying areas for improvement in food safety and quality control processes

Developing and implementing corrective action plans to address non-conformities

Providing training and guidance to the staff on food safety best practices

Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to senior management

Staying up-to-date with the latest food safety regulations and industry standards

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in food safety

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in a food safety auditing or quality assurance role within the food and beverage industry

Thorough understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and industry best practices

Proficiency in conducting audits and inspections according to recognised food safety standards

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address food safety risks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with the staff and management
