Opportunity EY is looking for dynamic Managers in the Oracle Applications Security and GRC space for on‑premise and cloud applications. These professionals will help clients identify, design, implement, and extract value from their Oracle security design and risk management practices, ensuring better decision‑making across their most critical challenges:

Security and controls

Business and process controls transformation

Strategic risk management

Enterprise governance, risk, and control (GRC) technology enablement

Program and project risk management

Key Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Security, Controls, and GRC engagements, bringing functional and technical expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Oversee full‑cycle project risk management and manage engagement economics related to project delivery.

Collaborate effectively as a team member, sharing responsibilities, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress.

Develop engagement materials and support business and practice development initiatives.

Provide application security expertise and cultivate strong internal and external client relationships to build EY’s brand within the Oracle Security & GRC space.

Share technical knowledge with team members and coach and mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or Information Systems).

5–10 years of experience in Oracle application security and/or GRC.

Expertise in Oracle security (role design, user lifecycle management, segregation of duties) and understanding of IT risks and business implications.

Experience implementing Oracle Risk Management & Compliance (Advanced Access Controls, Advanced Financial Controls, Financial Reporting Compliance).

Experience with business process and IT general controls for Oracle applications.

Strong written, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in project and risk management.

Self‑starting attitude, high motivation, and strong work ethic.

Professional designations (e.g., CPA, PMP, CRISC, CCSP, CISSP) are a plus.

Preferred (Optional)

Bilingualism in English and French.

Knowledge of Oracle modules such as Financials and Procurement.

Ability to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance.
