On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an
IT Risk & Compliance Analyst- Infrastructure, Unix, Windows t for a 7-month role . This position is 4 days a week onsite at our clientโs Toronto, Ontario office.
Job Description
The Risk and Compliance Analyst will be involved in the CASH Equity Remediation Project, which aims to standardize the OMS Order Routing & Middle Office inter-entity trade processing for Global Client Trading. The role focuses on enhancing organizational compliance and elevating risk conduct and governance standards.
Responsibilities
Drive organizational compliance and collaborate with the Risk team for remediation of high-priority breached KRIs.
Instill a culture of zero tolerance for overdue Open Audit issues.
Create reports with RAG status updates and paths to green for KRIs Compliance.
Work with SMEs, control testers, and the Risk Team on closing Open Issues and uplifting controls.
Mandatory Skills
Windows and UNIX infrastructure/operating system knowledge
Undergraduate degree in a technical field such as engineering, mathematics, physics, or computer science
10 years of relevant work experience
Extensive experience in IT compliance: Disaster Recovery Compliance, EOL, Access Management, PAM, NPID, WWF, Penetration Testing, Service Now
IT Secure hardening and server hygiene
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with control testing and IT Audit
Prior experience as a Windows OR Unix System Administrator is preferred.
Problem-solving abilities
This is a 7-month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, onsite position, 4 days a week in the office.
