YOU ARE:
As a lead in Marketing Advisory , you will be a catalyst for transformation, bridging business challenges with customer-centric solutions to drive meaningful, brand-led growth. Your role will center on crafting and executing relevant experiences across messages, products, and services by tapping into a deep understanding of consumer needs. You will leverage people, processes, and technology in a seamless, optimized way to deliver impactful business outcomes.
In this role, you will help design and establish the ideal conditions for marketing organizations to thrive. You will define the future vision for the brand, refine operational strategies, and oversee the orchestration of transformation. Your strategic insight will be vital in answering critical questions: What do we want to become? How will we operate in the future? How will we drive and manage this transformation?
You will create actionable brand strategies for all consumer touchpoints, ensuring that every interaction is purpose-driven and contributes to a powerful brand experience. Your goal will be to drive outsized impact in the market, social platforms, and culture at large.
By harnessing technology, data, and insights, you will enable personal, authentic connections that foster meaningful relationships between brands and consumers. Through your work, you will deliver targeted, relevant messaging that drives relevant outcomes and accelerates growth.
THE WORK:
Developing and championing marketing strategies to grow our clients’ business.
Managing execution of integrated marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and other key business objectives.
Gathering and analyzing research, insights, and data to determine the most valuable opportunities to improve marketing performance and inform marketing approach and strategy.
Providing subject matter expertise in designing data-driven multichannel relationship marketing strategies utilizing web, mobile, social, email, and traditional direct marketing channels.
Advising on best practices and trends across the ecosystem of marketing capabilities (e.g., content, and creative, customer technology, CX).
Engaging with senior and executive level clients to collaborate on solutions and approaches to improve and grow their ability to meet business objectives.
Building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, viewed as a strategic advisor to help them understand how to grow brands through marketing channels and experiences.
Playing an integral role within the practice to create and expand practice offerings.
Nurture and mentor junior talent to grow the Marketing Advisory practice and MarTech business.

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
10+ years’ experience in marketing planning or MarTech role and or working in an agency environment.
3+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing teams.
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US, and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Strategic skills: strong critical thinker, ability to identify opportunities, break down problems in a logical approach and architect frameworks and solutions, and communicate strategic ideas in a clear, simple manner.
Experience using quantitative methods (e.g., data and analytics insights) and qualitative methods (e.g., research) to develop marketing strategies.
Experience in developing brand strategies or rolling out new brand transformations.
Experience building out assets for client workshops, business development efforts, and constructing high impact strategies.
Experience working with and influencing executive leaders.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with limited guidance.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
