Our client is a fast-growing software company whose last quarter licensing revenue grew 160%. A growing number of Global 3000 companies are using their products to manage the integrity of their enterprise systems. Their clients range in industries as diverse as Financial Services, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Technology and Managed Services, etc.
This is your opportunity to join this company as the Manager of their small Client Services Team. In addition to managing the team, you will also be handsโon. You will provide consulting services, custom development, and training to their customers. You will lead the installation, configuration, integration, customization, and operation of their enterprise management software.
This is a permanent position and requires travel within North America up to 40%.
Hereโs what youโll have to do:
Manage and execute product rollouts including installation, configuration, integration, customization and validation within customer environments.
Lead the detailed design and build of the architecture components using a structured methodology
Direct the creation, execution and documentation of tests to ensure that the architecture and infrastructure meets user and technical requirements
Work closely with and manage client-specific crossโfunctional teams composed of Engineering, Sales, Client Services, and Account Management representatives.
Take a technical management role for designated Premium customers by analyzing their environments and proposing deployment plans for the customer.
Provide PreโSales support and conduct numerous technical presentations to potential clients.
Define, coordinate, and prioritize customer feedback and ideas into engineering requirements for future enhancements to their products and services.
Hereโs what youโll need to have:
12+ years of experience in engineering and consulting capacities
Demonstrated ability to understand complex, distributed software system with sufficient depth to troubleshoot highly technical, time sensitive issues.
Managed a team of at least 3 other Sales Engineers or consultants
Hands on experience with large scale enterprise software rollouts
Experience with heterogeneous environments including Windows, UNIX and/or Linux
Strong verbal communication skills and excellent technical writing skills.
Strong team player who enjoys working in a fast paced team atmosphere.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects.
A B.S or M.S in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred
