Job title: Senior Investment Analyst

Salary: $95,000+

Role status: On-site - Vaughan, ON

The organization oversees a large multi‑family portfolio across Canada and maintains an active development pipeline. Principal tasks and responsibilities

Preparing quarterly and annual external reporting, including MD&A

Supporting investor reporting and board‑level presentation materials

Assisting in annual budgeting and quarterly re‑forecasting processes

Delivering monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Supporting offering memorandum preparation and updates

Conducting market research across submarkets and providing recommendations to the Asset Management team

Analyzing revenue and expenses, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights

Qualifications and pre‑requisites

1+ years of experience in a similar reporting, FP&A, or investment analysis role

Real estate, asset management, or investment fund exposure preferred

Strong accounting and financial reporting foundation

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders

Detail‑oriented, analytical, and process‑driven with a high level of ownership
