POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are looking for two Maintenance Attendants to join our maintenance team.

Schedule: Permanent, full-time position, day or night shifts.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: All other related tasks Cleaning and performing maintenance duties Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.) Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior Taking out the trash EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset) High school diploma (SSD) Knowledge of seniors’ residences, a major asset BENEFITS: Referral Program Uniform provided Sick days and time off for family obligations Floating days off Social leave Vacation Human management approach Consistent schedule A welcoming and tight-knit team!
