POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Attendant for one of our residential buildings in Saint-Constant. Are you described as a versatile person, good with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we are looking for!

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

All other related tasks

Clean and maintain floors and carpets in common areas

Grounds maintenance, indoor parking, storage areas

Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances

Construction

Be available to respond to emergencies

Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required

Change light bulbs in the common areas

Make service calls

Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Good team player

A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)

Discretion and respect for confidentiality

Customer service experience an asset

Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
