Terrebonne, QC $26.80/hour (including premiums) Monday to Friday – 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM Permanent – Full-time

Role Overview You will play a key role in coordinating loading operations and supporting a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate loading team and assign tasks

Support team members and resolve operational issues

Maintain a positive and productive work environment

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Oversee end-of-day operations

Perform manual loading (doors, moldings, materials)

Prepare orders based on delivery documents

Verify materials and hardware

Inspect returned products

Requirements

Experience as a team lead (manufacturing or shipping)

Good physical condition (manual handling required)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to read imperial measurements

Experience in wood or shipping (asset)

Reliable and detail-oriented
