Oversee all aspects of showroom operations, ensuring a seamless and inspiring customer journey

Lead, coach, and develop a team of design consultants and retail professionals to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional service

Drive strategic initiatives to grow market share and enhance brand presence in the GTA West region

Partner with cross‑functional teams in merchandising, marketing, and logistics to optimize showroom performance

Monitor KPIs and implement data‑driven strategies to improve efficiency and profitability

Requirements

5+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, preferably in home improvement, design, or luxury retail

Proven ability to lead teams to achieve and exceed sales goals
