As GPU demand explodes across every industry, we’re expanding our Toronto sales team with a senior, hardware-focused seller who knows the server world inside out.
The Role
We’re hiring a
Senior Sales Executive
with deep experience selling servers, GPU systems, cloud/compute infrastructure, or data‑center hardware into complex accounts.
You’ll drive major accounts, expand Arc’s reseller network, and lead large GPU and server deals across AI/ML, HPC, and Media & Entertainment. This is a high‑impact role with direct access to leadership, strong engineering support, and significant greenfield opportunity.
What You’ll Do
Channel / Reseller Growth
Identify, target, and recruit top‑performing reseller & VAR account executives across North America.
Build and grow relationships inside established VAR networks such as CDW, Softchoice, Insight, SHI, Scalar, and others.
Accelerate net‑new revenue by leveraging your book of hardware‑focused relationships.
Drive New Hardware Business
Sell GPU servers, compute clusters, storage, networking, and end‑to‑end infrastructure solutions.
Manage strategic accounts with AI/ML organizations, HPC teams, and Media & Entertainment buyers.
Media & Entertainment (M&E) Focus
Sell compute and GPU infrastructure into VFX, animation, gaming, streaming, and post‑production environments.
Clearly articulate the performance, cost, and control advantages of dedicated GPU infrastructure for:
Agentic AI/LLM workloads
Rendering, VFX, animation
Content creation, editing, and transcoding
Confidently handle the common objection of shifting workloads from public cloud to private/on‑prem deployments.
Technical Solution Selling
Translate customer workloads into optimal GPU/server configurations.
Work directly with engineering to design and validate solutions.
Present ROI, performance benchmarks, TCO, and deployment models to technical and executive stakeholders.
Deliver reliable forecasts and territory plans in a fast‑moving hardware market.
What You Bring
Must Have
10–15 years in B2B hardware sales; servers, GPUs, compute, networking, or data‑center infrastructure.
5+ years of GPU‑focused sales experience (NVIDIA, AMD, AI/ML workload hardware).
Proven track record closing large hardware deals ($500K–$5M+).
Experience selling into Media & Entertainment (VFX, animation, gaming, streaming, post‑production) Public Cloud Solutions (ideally with GPU on Public Cloud).
Strong network across the reseller/channel ecosystem, including major VARs.
Hunter mentality with a consistent record of building net‑new business.
Nice to Have
Experience selling HPC or AI/ML infrastructure.
Technical fluency across specs, architectures, thermals, and performance benchmarking.
Previous roles inside or selling heavily into VARs.
