Senior Developer

Overview

This is a hands-on Senior Developer role supporting B2B team. The position focuses on

modernizing systems

and

onboarding new customers , delivering scalable and reliable application solutions. The role requires a strong balance of

database-heavy work (approximately 60%)

and

application development (approximately 40%) , with close collaboration across business stakeholders, IT teams, and external customers. The ideal candidate is comfortable translating business requirements into technical solutions and working independently in a distributed team environment. Responsibilities

Onboard new B2B customers for the NPC platform Implement configuration, application, and database changes Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server stored procedures Perform code enhancements and maintenance using C# Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external partners Analyze requirements and provide effective technical solutions Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with

C# (7.0) Solid

SQL

skills with

SQL Server 2019+ , including stored procedures Experience with

version control

(GitHub or similar) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills
