SFMC QA Analyst

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a QA Analyst for a retail client in Vancouver, BC. You will be responsible for end to end testing and maintaing data quality standards of the clients data platform. You will be working with large datasets and system integrations across cloud environments. Majority of testing will be to support email and push sends. Other duties and responsibilities include:

End to end quality assurance and testing efforts. Tech stack includes: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Snowflake

Enforces adherence to testing and quality standards across the development and deployment lifecycle

Developing processes and automation to ensure development quality

Facilitates user acceptance testing

Documentation and communication of test results

Developing test cases based on requirement specifications. Develops and reviews test cases with relevant stakeholders

Identify and implement enhancements to the quality assurance process

Skills and Requirements 5+ years experience in a QA role in a data-centric environment

Experience using Postman, Litmus

Basic in SQL

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Snowflake Experience with AWS
