What You’ll Bring
Required:
Master’s degree in sustainability, business management, community development, natural resource governance, or Indigenous studies.
4+ years of consulting experience delivering strategic advisory services (e.g., strategy, policy, corporate sustainability, engagement, organizational effectiveness).
4+ years of relevant work experience in northern Canada.
Exceptional writing skills for diverse audiences.
Deep knowledge of sustainable community development, modern treaties, natural resource governance, socio-economic development, and northern co‑management regimes.
Driver's License Required: Valid driver’s license and/or ability to operate a company vehicle with frequent travel.

Preferred:
5+ years of consulting experience delivering strategic advisory services.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
Strong initiative, problem‑solving skills, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery—scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Develop sustainability strategies, materiality assessments, and reporting aligned with recognized standards.
Build and maintain internal and external networks to drive business growth.
Contribute to ERM’s culture by mentoring team members and supporting reconciliation initiatives.
Compensation
Annual base pay: $95,564–$116,400 (CAD). Pay depends on education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. Eligible for bonus pay. (Note: casual and fixed‑term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible.)
