Job Description

* **You’re a certified professional.** You have current accreditation and are in good standing as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and have at least five years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or Legal roles, with demonstrated expertise in managing high-risk workplace issues. A Master of Industrial Relations (MIR), Law Degree (LLB/JD), or similar qualifications are considered an asset.* **You understand that success is in the details.** You notice things that others don't.
