Responsibilities

Lead process engineering for projects or studies.

Engage with clients to understand project requirements.

Define process scope and select technologies.

Perform trade‑off studies to resolve options.

Scope and manage process test work (site or lab).

Conduct capacity analysis for existing plants.

Select and size equipment, develop specification sheets.

Provide training, guidance and supervision to junior colleagues.

Develop typical engineering deliverables (process criteria, mass & heat balances, flow diagrams, P&IDs, control logic).

Requirements

B.S. or M.S. in Engineering; graduate level coursework preferred.

15 years of related experience since bachelor’s or 14 years since master’s; typical incumbent has 20+ years of experience.

Strong persuasive ability, technical writing and communications skills demonstrated through technical presentations, papers and participation in technical committees.

P.E. license required.

Solid knowledge and experience in gold extraction and process.

Ability to supervise all process deliverables.
