Sr. Project Manager - Identity Governance and Administration (Contract Position)

Number of Positions: 1

Duration: 12 months initial contract

Must be eligible to work in Canada

Hybrid position, 3-4 days per week onsite in Toronto mandatory in downtown Toronto

Roles and responsibilities: The resource must be very comfortable and fluent with Agile methodologies and knows well how Agile works.

Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects, particularly IGA implementations (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle Identity etc.).

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.

Manage Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business units to ensure successful integration and deployment.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report status to leadership.

Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2-3 IGA projects ( Identity and Access Governance ) delivered end-to-end IGA projects.

Experience with global IGA projects highly desired.

Strong understanding of IAM concepts including provisioning, access reviews, role-based access control, and compliance.

Hands‑on experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies (especially Scrum).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

Must have certifications:

PMP
