Part-Time Heavy Maintenance Worker

Le Nobélia, a friendly private seniors' residence located in Lévis, is looking for someone to fill a part-time evening heavy maintenance worker position.

The candidate must have CPR certification, but this can be provided on-site.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: Friday and Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to midnight

Salary: Starting at $19.13 per hour, depending on experience

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Construction

Clean entryways and common areas

Maintain and clean the premises

Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors

Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building

Taking out the trash

Wash windows in common areas

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
