Responsibilities

End-to-end architecture and solution design leadership.

Providing strategic and technical expertise to support customers and project teams.

Defining enterprise and solution architecture, including integration, data models, and data ingestion pipelines.

Expressing complex technical solutions through architecture modeling tools.

Ensuring operational responsibility and support agreements for delivered solutions.

Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, C-level executives, and IT and Business Data Managers.

Training internal teams and partners in your area of specialization.

Collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to translate customer needs into product offerings.

Managing integration, data modeling, and related activities using Cognite data connectors, SQL, Python/Java, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Developing and maintaining technical and business expertise for Cognite’s products.

Success Factors

Minimum 3 years relevant experience as Solution Architect or 7+ years as a Software/Machine Learning Engineer.

Experience in Manufacturing, Energy, O&G, Pharma, or Life Sciences preferred.

Hands‑on Python and strong software development practices.

Willingness to travel and dive into coding for advanced topics.

Highly organized, thorough, and communicative with all stakeholders.

Ownership mindset and ability to drive tasks independently.
