SAP Academy for Services & Consulting - BTS Consultant - Toronto (Hybrid)

Program Overview
– The SAP Academy for Services & Consulting is a 12‑month development program for individuals with 0‑3 years of professional experience. Candidates with more than 3 years of experience will not be considered.
Work arrangements
– 3 days per week onsite at an SAP office or customer location. Candidates must live locally to the SAP location they’re applying to. No relocation benefits. No visa sponsorship (including F1/OPT).
Responsibilities
Develop into a trusted transformation professional who helps customers realize measurable business value from their SAP investments.
Build foundational consulting, enterprise architecture, and value management skills.
Support strategic transformation initiatives across the customer lifecycle.
Grow from contributor to leading workstreams and supporting executive engagements.
Gain exposure to governance, roadmapping, adoption strategy, and innovation in enterprise environments.
Prepare executive‑ready materials (roadmaps, governance updates, value scorecards).
Document business objectives, KPIs, and milestones.
Contribute to discovery workshops and translate requirements into structured transformation plans.
Track KPIs and support value scorecards and health assessments.
Support innovation and AI‑enabled transformation use cases.
Align customer, SAP, and partner stakeholders on milestones and deliverables.
Track roadmaps, risks, and escalations.
Provide research, analysis, and support for SAP transformation tools and frameworks.
Deliver assigned tasks on time with high quality and attention to detail.
Demonstrate strong preparation and analytical rigor in customer engagements.
Communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.
Support transformation governance forums with accurate reporting and documentation.
Continuously build knowledge of SAP solutions, enterprise architecture concepts, and value management frameworks.
Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (business, information systems, engineering, or related field preferred); SAP coursework or certification is a plus.
1–3 years of experience in consulting, technology, business analysis, or enterprise software environments.
Ability to translate business requirements into structured solution designs with clear integration points.
Foundational knowledge of SAP solutions (e.g., S/4HANA, BTP), enterprise landscapes, and full lifecycle implementations; exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset and interest in AI, automation, and value‑driven transformation.
