Site Project Manager [M&E - ACMV/HVAC] - Up to $8k [0580]

Working Timing: Mon to Fri 8am to 5:30pm & Sat 8am to 12:30pm

Working Days: 5.5 days

Working Location: Woodlands / Site Office

Salary: $5,000 to $8,000 depending on experience

The role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, project management methodologies and the ability to work in both office and field settings.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering

Have Site Project Management Skills

Experience in chiller & air conditioning system, ACMV & HVAC (M&E)

Responsibilities & Duties

Knowledge of M&E project requirements and contract requirements

Able to manage projects/ claims/ sub-contracts

To be able to work odd hours (if necessary)

Meet with clients to clearly define and document their requirements and expectations for each project.

Oversee the proper installation of M&E services, verifying that all work is completed according to the established specifications and standards.

Monitor working practices on-site, manage contractors, and report any instances of non-compliance to your line manager to facilitate prompt resolution.
