What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Execute and leverage Corporate Citizenship programs to support team objectives

Lead the delivery of corporate giving and employee volunteering programs for assigned regions

Promote corporate giving initiatives and assess their impact strategically

Develop and manage engagement opportunities with community partners and key investments

Build and maintain relationships with charitable and non-profit partners, overseeing grant management and reporting

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in public affairs, communications, business administration, corporate social responsibility, or a related field

6 years of related experience in a large publicly traded company, preferably in the energy industry; 9 years of work experience required if no degree

Experience in community investment and employee volunteer programs

Strong strategic/project planning skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects

A valid passport for travel between the US and Canada

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Technical experience with Benevity or similar platforms

Experience in capacity building initiatives within the community investment space

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
