What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them towards advanced security solutions using next-generation SIEM and log management capabilities

Provide best‑in‑class delivery and integration services to a diverse range of organizations

Conduct knowledge transfer sessions on Falcon LogScale NGSIEM for customers

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to operationalize LogScale NGSIEM within customer environments

Gather and translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for product management teams

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of experience with log management/SIEM solutions in a professional services consulting role

Experience collaborating with pre‑sales teams on technical scoping and requirements

Strong knowledge of SIEM best practices related to log analysis and data onboarding

Intermediate understanding of common Cloud providers and traditional IT services

Proficiency in creating configuration and automation scripts using programming languages and tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Recent industry certifications from organizations such as SANS, ISC2, Amazon, Microsoft, or Google

Long‑term experience within a Security Operations Center (SOC) performing analysis and triage of security incidents

Familiarity with generative AI platforms and their integration
