This pivotal role will take on a broad scope of responsibilities to further strengthen our organization's security posture. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and technical leader, responsible for driving the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of our security architecture and engineering practices across the organization.**Accountabilities & Qualifications:****Key Responsibilities:*** Serve as the strategic leader for the security architecture and engineering team, providing direction and mentorship to a talented group of security professionals. Assist in shaping and executing the long-term security strategy.* Lead the design and implementation of robust security architectures, ensuring they align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Oversee the integration of security controls across all technology environments.* Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive cloud security strategy, ensuring our cloud environments are resilient, scalable, and secure.* Continuously evaluate emerging security technologies, trends, and standards. Drive innovation and adoption of new security solutions that mitigate potential risks and align with the organization's risk tolerance.* Conduct and oversee thorough security assessments, providing expert analysis and recommendations to stakeholders. Ensure that security risks are identified, communicated, and effectively mitigated.* Collaborate with technology, operations, and business teams to integrate security by design principles into all stages of development and operations.
