Full Stack Engineer

This is a senior technical role combining platform engineering, architecture, and developer enablement. The successful candidate is responsible for evolving DevFlow — the shared engineering platform, standards, and tooling framework used across the Software Engineering Chapter. This role focuses on improving developer experience, delivery performance, and engineering quality by creating and maintaining reusable templates, defining standards, managing engineering guardrails, and enabling consistent practices across teams.

Develop, maintain and evolve DevFlow quickstart templates and shared components

Maintain technical documentation, playbooks, and standards -Improve onboarding experience for new engineers

Support Internal Developer Portal initiative (Backstage) -Support Static Code Analysis initiative (SonarCloud)

Support Engineering Metrics initiative (LinearB) - monitor engineering metrics across teams, identify systemic bottlenecks and improvement opportunities -Quality gate tuning

Preferred Qualifications

Senior full-stack engineer or architect with strong system design experience (7+ years) Strong hands-on experience with: -Python (FastAPI)

Database design, schema management & SQL -Core web & UI Foundations (HTML, CSS) -Azure cloud services (or similar – AWS / Google Cloud)
