JOBDESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a Senior Director of Manufacturing Planning & Customer Service to lead end-to-end production and distribution planning, enhance customer experience, drive operational excellence, and develop high-performing teams across multiple North American sites
TASKSAND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead Planning Excellence: Oversee Demand, Production, and Distribution Planning rhythms: Improve forecast accuracy, service levels, and operational predictability
Scale the Customer Promise:Strengthen service excellence through proactive, consistent support
Ensure customers have clear visibility into timelines and delivery expectations
Advance Technology & Modernization: Continue unlocking D365 capabilities across planning and service workflows
Introduce practical automation and AI tools that accelerate execution
Develop Leaders & High-Performing Teams: Mentor senior leaders and support succession across the organization
Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Drive Performance: Own KPIs: service levels, throughput, forecast accuracy, productivity
Own the S&OP cadence, driving alignment and execution across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Profil
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
10+ years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing, planning, supply chain, and/or customer operations
Demonstrated success leading large-scale, enterprise operational organizations (multi-sites)
Strong people leadership skills with proven ability to drive and manage change
Bilingual in English and French (English required to support customers and suppliers outside Québec and in the U.S.)
Proven leadership and team management capabilities;
Strong analytical thinking, ability to lead in a matrixed environment, and proficiency in Lean/CI tools.
Technology & Systems: Experience using ERP/MES systems (e.g., Microsoft D365) and automation tools to improve production efficiency and control.
WORK CONDITIONS :
Full time, permanent position;40 hours a week
Salary base of 150 000$ to 170 000$ base / year ly
Bonus added
