What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Respond to medical inquiries from patients, healthcare professionals, and clients in English and/or French

Enter Medical Information requests into the designated database and maintain current product information

Develop timely responses to complex inquiries based on medical literature

Document and forward Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints per established procedures

Manage client communications and assist in audit preparation

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related discipline

Bilingual, fluent in English and French

1‑2 years of experience in Medical Information, Drug Safety, or Clinical Research within the pharmaceutical industry

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work any 8‑hour shift between 7:00 AM‑9:00 PM EST, if necessary

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Knowledge of pharmacovigilance industry and relevant regulatory requirements

Familiarity with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to meet strict deadlines

Proficiency in MS Office programs and Adobe Pro

Experience engaging with patients and healthcare professionals over the telephone
