Senior Modern Workplace & M365 Engineer 100% REMOTE WORK - B2B via Experis - B2B rate: 150-160 PLN netto+VAT/h - Full-time

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Modern Workplace & M365 Engineer to design and support workplace infrastructure, manage Intune/Azure AD‑based devices, and provide advanced Level 3 support. A secondary focus is supporting Microsoft Teams meeting room solutions across a global environment.

Responsibilities

Design and implement modern workplace infrastructure solutions.

Deliver 3rd‑line support: troubleshooting, incident and change management.

Execute maintenance, OS updates, security patching, and tooling upgrades.

Automate and industrialize operational processes.

Manage Intune, Azure AD, and Windows 10/11 endpoint configurations.

Support setup, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft Teams Rooms (1,200+ meeting rooms).

Create and maintain technical documentation.

Transfer knowledge to offshore Level 1/2 teams.

Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.

Work in agile/Scrum teams and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD.

Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 and endpoint management.

Scripting skills (PowerShell), automation mindset.

Solid understanding of networking and security basics.

Experience with hardware from Dell, Lenovo, HP, Logitech, Poly.

Good technical writing and documentation abilities.

Experience with Microsoft Teams/Teams Rooms (preferred).
