Overview
XCIS AI is seeking experienced MAS 9 Developers to support a large-scale migration from
Maximo 7.6 to Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9)
within a nuclear generation environment.
Role focused on continuous delivery of enhancements, integrations, and platform modernization during and after the MAS transition.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure solutions within
IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9)
Support migration activities from
Maximo 7.6 to MAS
Build and maintain customizations, automation scripts, and application configurations
Develop and maintain integrations using
Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) , REST APIs, and middleware platforms
Support
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
for MAS deployments
Work with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Assist with
data migration, environment setup, and testing support
Participate in troubleshooting and resolving production issues during transition
Collaborate with architects, PMs, and QA teams in an
agile delivery model
Required Skills
5+ years experience with
IBM Maximo (7.6 or higher)
Hands-on experience with
Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8/9)
Strong knowledge of:
REST APIs and system integrations
Experience with
OpenShift / containerized deployments
is an asset
Experience supporting
enterprise asset management (EAM) implementations
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting
regulated industries (nuclear, utilities, energy)
Familiarity with
DevOps pipelines, Git, CI/CD
Exposure to
MAS Manage, Monitor, Health, or Predict modules
Security Clearance Requirement
Role requires
nuclear facility security clearance
for site access
Clearance process typically takes
3–5 months
Candidates must be eligible to obtain Canadian nuclear security clearance
