What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Architect and maintain scalable data tables and models in Snowflake for cross-team analyses

Develop robust dashboards and visualizations to empower business users with actionable insights

Provide strategic insights through statistical analysis of complex data sets and present findings to senior management

Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements in analytics infrastructure

Mentor other analysts, guiding best practices and enhancing team quality and efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications)

8+ years of experience as a product or product analyst with a bachelor's degree in a business or quantitative field (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience in the technology industry, preferably in a direct-to-consumer business

Advanced SQL expertise, with a preference for Snowflake

Strong experience with clickstream data and web analytics

Executive communication skills with experience presenting to VP+ audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor)

Proven experience building scalable dashboards using ThoughtSpot or similar BI tools

Strong business acumen and systems-thinking ability
