Communication Advisor

Your mission should you accept it: As a Communications Advisor at Borea, you will play a key role in managing our brand image, supporting both internal and external communications, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders. You will work closely with the Communications Manager and various departments to ensure consistent, transparent, and effective communication across the organization.

Do you have what it takes?

Positive energy and... University degree in communications, marketing, consumer sciences, or a related field; 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role;

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills;

Strong command of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn);

Proficiency with graphic design tools, especially Canva; Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

Strong autonomy, time‑management skills, sense of responsibility, and initiative;

High level of creativity;

Ability to manage deadlines and multiple simultaneous projects. What you will do to complete this mission successfully: Internal Communications Management Draft internal communications such as emails and announcements to keep employees informed and engaged;

Organize internal events to share important company updates (Borea Live, Round Table);

Ensure brand consistency across all internal communications;

Collaborate with different departments to support them in their communication needs;

Support the development of internal communication tools (intranet, SharePoint, etc.).

External Communications Management Actively contribute to communication strategies aimed at promoting Borea’s brand image;

Support the execution of the social media strategy;

Ensure regular updates to the company website (WordPress);

Manage external events (job fairs, industry events);

Create posters, brochures, and other communication materials;

Manage donations and sponsorship requests. Borea values are part of the energy landscape. We prioritize
