Job Title: Senior Plant Financial Analyst - Manufacturing & Power BI Analytics
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 + 7% Target Bonus

Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturing organization focused on strengthening operational finance, improving plant performance visibility, and advancing finance transformation initiatives across the business.
This is a high-impact Senior Plant Financial Analyst position supporting plant leadership within a medium to large manufacturing or CPG environment supporting $100M+ P&L operations. The role combines strong manufacturing financial analysis with modern reporting automation and data visualization initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role partnering closely with operations while leading Power BI dashboard development and improving real-time financial insights used to drive operational decision‑making.
Principal Tasks and Responsibilities Include:
Support plant finance activities including month‑end close, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations tied to manufacturing operations
Perform detailed analysis of manufacturing cost variances including labor, materials, overhead, and production efficiency metrics
Analyze and support plant P&L performance within a medium to large manufacturing or CPG environment supporting $100M+ operations
Partner closely with plant leadership and operations teams to analyze labor planning, productivity trends, and operational performance drivers
Develop, enhance, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards supporting plant and executive reporting
Automate manual reporting processes through Power BI and data‑driven analytics solutions
Translate operational and financial data into actionable insights supporting business performance improvements
Support budgeting, forecasting, and volume scenario modeling across plant operations
Identify and drive process improvement opportunities across finance and manufacturing workflows
Improve reporting visibility and accuracy through dashboard modernization and analytics initiatives
Act as a key finance business partner supporting operational and strategic decision‑making
Qualifications and Pre‑Requisites:
3‑5+ years progressive experience supporting plant finance or manufacturing operations
Must come from a medium to large manufacturing or CPG organization supporting operations with $100M+ P&L exposure
Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting including absorption costing and variance analysis
Excellent Power BI experience required, including hands‑on dashboard development, reporting automation, and data visualization
Demonstrated experience working with large operational datasets and performance analytics
Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling capabilities
Experience working with manufacturing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or Dynamics preferred
Strong understanding of plant KPIs including labor efficiency, production performance, and cost drivers
Proven ability to partner with operations and influence non-finance stakeholders
Strong analytical mindset with focus on automation, continuous improvement, and operational insights
Comfortable working within plant environments and collaborating cross‑functionally
