What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Architect and maintain scalable data tables and models in Snowflake for cross-team analyses

Develop reusable dashboards and visualizations in ThoughtSpot or similar tools for actionable insights

Provide strategic insights by analyzing complex data sets and presenting findings to senior management

Drive continuous improvements in analytics infrastructure through stakeholder partnerships

Mentor and lead other analysts, guiding best practices and enhancing team efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):

8+ years of experience as a product or product analyst, with a bachelor’s degree in a business or quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience)

Experience working in the technology industry, preferably in a direct-to-consumer business

Advanced SQL expertise (Snowflake preferred)

Strong clickstream data experience and web analytics skills

Proven experience building scalable dashboards using ThoughtSpot or similar BI tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor)

Executive communication skills with experience presenting to VP+ audiences

Strong business acumen and systems-thinking ability
