Civil Engineer / Site Engineer

Job Summary Join a leading main contractor for building projects as a Civil Engineer, driving site execution excellence through proactive project monitoring, technical oversight, and stakeholder coordination to deliver quality infrastructure within schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Engineers on site to support project delivery and resolve technical issues promptly

Monitor site progress and schedule to ensure timely completion of project milestones

Manage site set out, leveling, and surveying activities to maintain construction accuracy

Review and verify plans, drawings, and quantity calculations to ensure compliance with design specifications

Ensure all materials and workmanship conform to project specifications and budget constraints

Supervise project crews and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality standards

Coordinate effectively with authorities, clients, and Qualified Persons (QP) to facilitate approvals and compliance

Enforce safety, health, and security protocols within the assigned work area to maintain a safe working environment

Adapt to and perform efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment

Required competencies and certifications

Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board

Minimum 2-3 years of civil engineering experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Ability to work effectively under fast-paced and dynamic site conditions
