Base pay range CA$100,000.00/yr - CA$105,000.00/yr

Job Description:

Own key products in this team that help ‘identify and acquire’ the right advertisers and ‘grow and retain’ their commitment to advertising.

Work closely with software development engineers, product managers, scientists, data engineers, and business operations to develop innovative cross-functional solutions that enable advertisers to create, manage and optimize campaigns at scale.

Primary Skill:

Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline.

3+ years of experience in data analytics, data science or related field with a bachelor’s degree Or 2+ years of experience with a Master’s degree.

Strong technical skills in SQL and R/Python

Hypothesis testing and experience with experimentation (A/B testing)

Strong applied statistical knowledge

Good experience with both descriptive and inferential statistics – ability to build basic prototype models

In addition to delivering insights on existing Product & Tech initiatives, you will come up with innovative product growth opportunities based on insights, and create momentum through influence.

Proactive collaboration and effective communication are critical

Secondary Skill:

Proven track record of turning insights into product growth opportunities in prior roles increasing scope and responsibilities

Ability to present complex analyses and insights effectively in simple terms

Background in ecommerce product experience and payments domain is a plus
