Your Role

The

Front Desk Agent

serves as the first point of contact for our guests. You accompany guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a personalized, professional experience aligned with Marriott brand standards at all times.

You play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and actively contribute to maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

Welcome, register, and check out guests efficiently and professionally

Make, modify, or cancel reservations and inform guests of hotel policies

Maintain effective communication with other departments regarding room status, VIPs, priorities, early or late departures, and special requests

Review and adjust guest billing charges as needed

Handle and balance cash transactions with accuracy and accountability

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve situations promptly and professionally

Profile Sought

Strong customer service skills

Professional presentation and positive attitude

Initiative, attention to detail, and autonomy

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Comfortable working with hotel systems and technology

Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset
