The Role As a Frontend Developer at Capco,you’lldesign and build modern, responsive user interfaces for Wealth & Asset Management platforms.You’llwork closely with backend engineers, product partners, and designers to deliver accessible, performant solutions that translate complex requirements into intuitive digital experiences.

WhatYou’llDo

Develop responsive, accessible UI components using HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind

Integrate frontend solutions with APIs, applying strong data structures and algorithmic thinking

Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams alongside Product, QA, UAT, and backend development partners

Contribute to testing, quality, and performance using tools such asVitestand modern build pipelines

WhatWe’reLooking For

Strong understanding of responsive design principles and frontend architecture

Experience working with APIs, SQL fundamentals, and Unix/Linux environments

Familiarity with frontend tooling and IDEs such as Visual Studio Code or IntelliJ IDEA

Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork

Bonus Points For

Experience with Vite or similar modern frontend build tools

Exposure to backend technologies such as Java and Spring Framework

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g.GitHub Copilot)

Understanding of Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement

Background in Wealth & Asset Management or broader financial services

Pay ranges:

Consultant - $92,000 to $118,000 + bonus + benefits

Senior Consultant - $118,000 to $152,000 + bonus + benefits

Principal Consultant - $153,000 to $197,000 + bonus + benefits

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.

Our compensation policies and salary ranges are designed to allow our people to progress through the salary range as they demonstrate strong performance and develop in their role over time. The base pay offered to selected candidates will be within the salary range and the placement will vary based upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity.
