Job Summary: This role supports a custom fulfillment center providing white‑glove laptop services. Responsibilities include ensuring devices are properly prepared for customers, verifying configuration requirements, and coordinating software provisioning completed by operators. The role interfaces with customers and internal teams, stays ahead of configuration needs, and troubleshoots provisioning issues alongside operators. It also includes assisting with customer tours of the facility. Responsibilities:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. Ability to work well independently and with others. Desire to be part of a winning team! Strong work ethic, maintain reliable transportation and arrive on time. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to effectively read and interpret instructions, communicate in writing, and apply basic math. Ability to perform tasks that require prolonged periods of standing, walking, or sitting. Ability to perform physical tasks that include frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic computer knowledge and navigation Current hours M-F (7am – 3pm EST). Overtime may be required during peak volume periods including extended hours and/or Saturdays. Any other duties within the job scope as assigned by the CFS Regional Manager or CFS Lead Engineer(s). Basic Qualifications:

2 years full-time relevant work experience Bachelors Degree in a related field Preferred Qualifications:
