Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Account Management
Prospect and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Manage and expand existing accounts to maximize customer retention and profitability.
Provide technical recommendations and tailored product solutions to meet customer needs.
Consistently achieve or surpass established sales goals.
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and relationship building.
Market Analysis & Strategy
Evaluate territory performance and adjust strategies to drive growth.
Track industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to remain competitive.
Deliver reports on market conditions, pipeline updates, and sales activity.
End-User Engagement
Partner directly with end users to understand operational needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
Conduct on-site evaluations to showcase process improvements and cost savings.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Coordinate with sales colleagues, customer service, and technical support teams to ensure seamless execution.
Work with marketing and product development teams to strengthen market presence.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Customer Education & Training
Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions as needed.
Educate customers on the benefits and applications of the product line.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years in industrial sales, ideally within abrasives, tools, or manufacturing sectors.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing accounts.
Strong technical sales acumen; abrasives knowledge is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently with effective time management.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
