Family Physician

Family Physician – Neighbourly Pharmacy Join one of two integrated health clinics in Winnipeg. We are looking for a full‑time family physician to practice primary care from two pharmacy locations, providing walk‑in, acute‑care and longer‑term care services. The role requires a minimum 25 patients per day in a Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour schedule.

Neighbourly Pharmacy / Positive Health Pharmacy – 3554‑6 Pembina Hwy, Winnipeg, MB R3V 1A7

Qualifications

Medical degree (MD or equivalent)

Mines or be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba

Proof of CMPA coverage prior to starting practice

Eligible for the Canadian College of Family Physicians (CCFP)

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified or eligible

Compensation Fee‑for‑service for all medical services (clinic and hospital as applicable) based on agreements between Doctors Manitoba and MHHLS. Anticipated salary range: $350,000–450,000, based on a 40‑hour per week, 45‑week per year schedule. Competitive overhead rate charged.

Responsibilities

Coordinate primary patient care, examine and advise patients, order diagnostic procedures, prescribe and administer medications and treatments.

Provide walk‑in and by‑appointment medical services (English only).

Maintain a core practice of clinic, acute‑care and longer‑term care between the two clinics (minimum 25 patients per day).

Establish a medical practice in Winnipeg, MB and provide medical services for a minimum period of five years.
