What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Architect and maintain scalable data solutions in Snowflake for cross-team analyses

Develop reusable dashboards and visualizations to empower business users

Provide strategic insights through statistical analysis of complex data sets

Drive improvements in analytics infrastructure by collaborating with stakeholders

Mentor and lead other analysts, promoting best practices and team efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):

8+ years of experience as a product or product analyst, with a bachelor’s degree in a business or quantitative field

Experience working in the technology industry, preferably in a direct-to-consumer business

Advanced SQL expertise, preferably in Snowflake

Strong experience with clickstream data and web analytics

Proven ability to build scalable dashboards using ThoughtSpot or similar BI tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor)

Executive communication skills with a background in presenting to VP+ audiences

Strong business acumen and systems-thinking ability
