Senior Executive, STIIC (2-year contract)

Senior Executive, STIIC (2-year contract) SingHealth Translational Immunology and Inflammation Centre (STIIC) drives cutting‑edge translational research in immunology and inflammation in human health and disease. We are seeking a detail‑oriented, organised, and independent Senior Executive to provide general administrative support to the Platform for Translational Systems Medicine (PTSM).

Responsibilities

Ensure efficient operations of the programme by supporting procurement needs.

Maintain records and support report submissions to committees.

Track project agreements and progress reports.

Assist the Program Manager with publicity, planning, and coordinating campaigns and seminars.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science or relevant disciplines.

Experience or knowledge of research/education grant administration preferred.

Good critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Resilient, adaptable, and able to work independently in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
