Hospital Manager (Healthcare) Billing Experience | UP TO $8000 #HMA
We are seeking a motivated Senior Manager / Manager to lead bill adjustment operations within Patient Financial Services. This role oversees billing accuracy, manages a team of customer liaison officers handling counter and email enquiries, and drives process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Bill Adjustment & Governance
Lead the end-to-end bill adjustment process, including review and validation of documents, correction of billing discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy and timely closure
Ensure compliance with billing policies, governance requirements, and service-level agreements
Team Management & Service Delivery
Manage, coach, and support customer liaison officers handling walk-in and email enquiries
Ensure responses meet established service standards and turnaround times
Handle escalated and complex cases, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
Process Improvement & Patient Experience
Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Streamline workflows to improve operational efficiency and patient experience
Collaborate closely with internal departments and stakeholders to resolve billing issues and enhance service outcomes
