We are seeking an Account Director, Client Success where you will be a vital part in the growth of our agency. You will be responsible for the success of your assignments; including establishing strong relationships with our clients, employees and ensuring that our deliverables are according to our client’s standards. You have a proven track record of managing large accounts in integrated advertising and want to drive results for our clients, our agency, and yourself! Responsibilities

Overseeing a portfolio of client relationship management. Ensuring that the agency delivers the best possible product, firmly grounded in a thoughtful, strategically sound understanding of the client’s business, the account’s long‑term direction and the task at hand. Full responsibility for the brand’s strategic direction – its development and eventual client approval. Advancing the professional development of the people in your group, be willing to delegate, monitor their work, be a readily accessible resource and provide regular performance reviews. Obtaining client feedback and identify problem areas before they become major issues. Staying on top of your client’s business results. If objectives are not being met, find out why (fast!) and initiate appropriate action. Keeping senior management informed of any issues affecting the overall health and profitability of the account. Being a leader, reinforcing the company’s value and culture. Driving business development and organic growth. Requirements

Senior role experience in account management / client service. Experience integrating with a mass team, ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Health and Wellness category experience an asset. Ability to manage several tasks at once with minimum supervision. Strong team player with an open‑mind and committed to excellence/passionate.
